Set Speed Dial as Home Page

I would like the ability to set the Speed Dial as the Home Page button so when i click it it takes me right to the Speed Dial,
Alternatively when i go to customize the Appearance, add a "Speed Dial" Button to the list of available buttons

As for the home button opening Speed Dial, not so certain on that one but you might also like what you see here: http://www.xs4all.nl/~vangeijt/opera/dndbuttons.html
