I am on Windows Server 2008 R2 x86-64 (~Windows 7 64-bit). I have submitted information via the 'Report a site problem' link many times. Is there some way I can put some kind of a diagnostic log here for you guys to analyze? This problem is driving me nuts!

Here are the screenshots:

The problem is that you are using Fit to width. Turn that off.
I have just tried with fit to width on and the site rendered exactly as in your screenshot then froze my Opera.
You should only use fit to width when needed.
