How to disable scrolling of tabs and background color fading?

Hello forum,

is it possible to turn off the scrolling of the tabs (when opening a
new tab or closing one) and to disable the fading of the background
to dark, when the password-manager is shown?

I am using Opera 10.51 (WIN) and would like to have the behaviour
of Opera 10.10.

opera:config#UserPrefs|EnableUIAnimations

opera:config#UserPrefs|DimSearchOpacity

Uncheck UIAnimations and set DimSearchOpacity to 0. Also, search next time.
