10.52 doesn't speak

I want use Speech function on 10.52,like 10.10.
So I tried Opera>Services>Speech,but All Service menus inactive(not highlighting).What's wrong?
Doesn't 10.52 support Speech?

This issue was solved by myself.
I substituted Systempreference>Speech for Opera's one.
