Missing PDF in Incoming Mail
For the last two weeks or so, the pdf's attached to incoming e-mail cannot be opened. The pdf shows as an attachment to the e-mail, but a blank page appears when I try to open the pdf. When I save the pdf, there is no icon showing a saved pdf. I have installed a new copy of Opera over the existing. I see comment from March about missing attachments to outgoing e-mail, but nothing about incoming. Also, some e-mails are missing the body. I think these are just digests and in one case the body just says Body Missing. When I clicked Forward for one e-mail, the body of the message showed up in the message about to be forwarded. While this is less important than the pdf problem, above, perhaps they are related.
Thanks in advance.
I recommend adding your OS and Opera version to your Forum Signature — its often relevant to the question.
Fit to width caused some problems with blank mails at one point — if you have it enabled by default in Preferences, Web Pages, disable it.
Check your mail account settings, incoming to see if you are using low bandwidth mode. Disable it.
