Audio gets messed up on youtubedoubler.com

Yeah, so anyone else got this problem? When watching for example http://www.youtubedoubler.com/?video1=http://www.youtube.com/v/HsF_2CNV9v4&start1=3&video2=http://www.youtube.com/v/06CvUjLgK5g&start2=0&h=1, it looks like the audio starts from the beginning at least on the other video in addition to the time where it was (so there are two audio tracks from one video). Works fine with any other browser and also worked well on Opera 10.5 if I remember correctly. Currently using the newest version 10.52.
