Not confirmed... That webpage looks fantastic with my latest Opera 10.5X build...
Try disabling the (almost always problematic) "Fit to width" feature, just in case you had it enabled, to see if it helps...

I turned on fit to width and the page displayed exactly as in your screenshot.
I'm sure fit to width causes more problems than it's worth sometimes.
