scroll with touchpad not working in 10.52
Hi!Yesterday I've updated my Opera to 10.52 (I know: I'm late ^^) and I must say I like it in may aspects! There is however one big problem:
The scrolling doesn't work with my touchpad (if I plug in a USB-mouse everything works fine). This really puzzles me! I'm using Windows Vista on a pretty new (less than 6 months old) Packard Bell notebook (but have no idea how the model is called ^^).
Does anybody have a clue what's wrong there?
Thanks in advance!

I made an interesting discovery today:
I notice that the scroll from the touchpad seems to go to Windows Sidebar instead: If I try scrolling through Opera with the touchpad, a sidebar-gadget is scrolled instead (which gadget in particular is scrolling seems to be random).
So I tried to disable the Windows Sidebar, and now scrolling works fine in Opera, even with the touchpad. The strange thing, though, is twofold: How does this strange behaviour occur? I have never seen anything like this! And: Why does this only occur when I use the touchpad, but not with an external mouse?
I would appreciate any feedback, cuz I'd really like to use both the sidebar and Opera, but being unable to scroll is a real nuisance
Thanks in advance!

Nannos you are a genious! I was having the same problem and I did what you said: DISABLE WINDOWS SIDEBAR and it's working now!! *_* , thanks
. I really want to know why that happens??
I'm giving a try to opera now(because gc disappointed me, I hate it!) but if that problem persists, I don't know..windows sidebar is important too(at least I "use" it)..
So the solution is to disable windows sidebar??? there must be something else we can do to fix this problem.
