Opera Mail handles Time Zone incorrectly (or something similar)

Hi everybody!

Since DST began this year here in Germany my E-Mails seem to be sent 1 hour in the past (to others) and others' emails seem to come 1 hour from the future (to me). Here is what I figured out:

It is now 11:30 here in Berlin (and I'm pretty sure it is!)

When I send an email, the date in the header says:
Date: Thu, 29 Apr 2010 11:30:18 +0300

Correct Time, wrong time zone offset.

As I live in Berlin, we have GMT+1 (UTC+1) and DST is applied so the real offset should be GMT+2 (UTC+2). I checked my computer's clock and it says "GMT+1, DST on". So everything is correct. Even when I use JavaScript to get the TimezoneOffset from Opera it says "2".

This is the HTML/JS I'm using:

</html>

So why the heck does Opera Mail think my TZ offset is +0300?

I searched Operas settings and also opera:config but could not even find anything that could be set incorrectly.

Does anyone have an idea?

Sounds like a known bug. Reported and discussed in this thread. Apparently fixed in 10.52.
