New-style dialogs don't always get keyboard focus

I just upgraded to 10.52, having skipped over 10.51, and have discovered a particularly frustrating bug (?) with the new-style dialogs. I've seen several threads complaining about various aspects of the new dialogs, but none mentioning this particular issue.

When using Ctrl+Enter to log into a site where I've saved more than one username/password combination, a dialog pops up to let me choose which account to log into. In previous versions of Opera, I was able to press Enter to use the first account, or press down and then Enter to use the second account, etc. Now, I can only do this sometimes; the rest of the time, I have to actually click on the dialog to give it keyboard focus first, in which case I might as well just double-click on the desired account and skip the keyboard entirely.

Since the dialog does get keyboard focus sometimes (maybe 1 in 5 times) I'm guessing that it is still supposed to get keyboard focus, and that it not getting keyboard focus is a bug. Hopefully this can be resolved soon, as it's fairly annoying to hit Enter or the down arrow and have those keys intercepted by whatever unrelated UI element had keyboard focus!

However, the slide-in "dialog bars" never get keyboard focus, and don't seem to be keyboard-accessible at all (other than Esc to dismiss them) even after clicking on them with the mouse. Given Opera's long history of keyboard accessibility — it was one of the things that first drew me to the browser over 8 years ago! — I'm crossing my fingers that this was an oversight rather than an intentional change. I find point-and-click operations much slower than the keyboard for most tasks; interacting with popup dialogs definitely falls into that category.

I did a fresh install of 10.52 in a separate location, to no avail, and if it makes any difference, I'm running under Windows XP x64 Edition.

Also (only marginally related) it would be nice if the new dialogs had more visible borders. I don't like the "page dim" feature, but without it, the dialogs tend to blend into the page since they only have a thin, light gray border. I really preferred the old dialogs for everything, especially since they were consistent with the behavior of dialogs in most other Windows programs, but I'd be happier about the new dialogs if they were easier to see and use.
