its because this site detect phone as phone and force to display it in its web bugged version.
is there any chance to make opera to present as destktop viewer?
i have tried to loggin by some cloak surf stuff. it works but you can not login into your acount using things like this.

http://digart.lajt.pl/ must be the normal redirection. You can try to login via http://www.digart.pl/profil and after that try some other links to get in but I dont think that will be a good idea, like you said its a site bug.

Then is not about mobile detection and you should contact the site admin if there is not any workaround for the moment. In my case a similar problem is solved with handsetdetection.com site via forum link when I'm loged in.
