list of things devs missed
main window doesn't gain focus back after dragging a bookmark into it, need to click inside the opened page to scroll etc…customize appearance: panels/tabs/buttons are not draggable/rearrangeable
crashes on quit every time and wants to send a report, independent of open, if any, page
steals focus from other apps, like am working in photoshop, and opera pops back to front regularly
ps: v 10.53, mac osx 10.6.3

I've encountered this as well, and I think it's something related to mouseover effects on the tabs. To reproduce, pull up the window of another up and have it active. Make sure the tabs in opera are visible though. Then repeatedly move the mouse on and off a background tab. Sometimes it'll show the "preview" thing, sometimes not (doesn't seem consistent). Either way, opera is doing things when it's not the app in focus.

I'm bugged by these two problems as well, does anyone if there are bug reports filed?
