Goto opera:config#consistency in the address field, set the setting to 0, save the change and close down Opera.
When Opera is fully closed, delete the cache, opcache and temporary_downloads folders. See Help -> About Opera for the locations.
For any feed views that are still messed up, you may unfortunately have to delete the feed and recreate it (including deleting and feed messages you see in non feed views).

For your IMAP accounts, you can just delete the accounts and recreate them. That will at least make them all nice and perfect again. Unfortunately, it's not that simple for pop, feeds and Opera's views like Received etc.
Some things you can try if you want:
Download the latest Opera (10.53 final via the classic installer under advanced options if using English) and install it to a separate location like "C:\Program Files\Opera 10.53 Final" (so that it doesn't upgrade your current install and so that it uses a fresh profile). Then, set up your IMAP accounts in the new Opera.
For feeds, in the old Opera, goto file (or O-Menu -> settings) -> import and export and export your feed list. Then, use 'import feed list' in the new Opera to import your feeds. The export and import will only retain the feed list. It will not retain any changes in the update intervals for feeds you've made. It will also not retain any old feed messages. You'll just get the most recent feeds that are on the server. But, your feed message lists should then be correct and not messed up.
For contacts, use "import and export' to export your contacts to an adr file. Then, edit the file with a text editor and remove all the m2indexid lines and save the changes. Then, import the adr file into the new Opera.
Then, for pop3 accounts, make sure you don't have any messages left on the server.
Then, do *one* of the following in the new Opera:
1. Goto "import and export" -> "import mail" and use the "Opera 7/8/9/10 import" to import one of your pop3 accounts. Pick the accounts.ini in the mail folder of the old Opera (see Help -> About Opera in the old Opera for the location). Then, select one of your pop accounts in the import item list, make sure 'import settings' is checked and make sure you set what messages are sent messages in the drop-down and import.
Then, repeat that for each of your other pop accounts.
If everything in the new Opera comes out fine, you're good.
If not, try:
2. Create your pop3 accounts in the new Opera. Then, under "import and export" -> "import mail", choose the generic mbox import. You'll then add the storeN folder in the mail/store folder of your old Opera that corresponds to the pop3 account you just created (you can look in accounts.ini in the old Opera to see what store folder belongs to what account). Once you pick the folder, you'll want to make sure to not import settings and make sure to import into the corresponding pop account you just created as opposed to importing into a new account.
Repeat this for each of your pop accounts.
Note that this method will cause you do lose any filters and labels you have etc. But, if nothing else works, this should at least get you your mail with everything fixed.
And, if things go wrong with importing into the new Opera you can close down the new Opera and delete its mail folder (NOT the one in the old Opera where your mail is still at) and try again till you get everything how you want.
