How to replace Shift+Enter in URL bar with Alt+Enter

I'm trying to figure this out. I want Alt+Enter to open the the URL in a new page/tab instead of Shift+Enter.

I can't seem to make it work. I can do stuff in Advanced->Address Dropdown Widget, but it seems you can't open a new tab from there.

Other than that, Shift+Enter seems to be defined under "Browser Window", but both "Enter shift" and "Enter shift ctrl" are mapped to "Go". If I map "Enter alt" to "Go" there, it does what is suggested - going there in the already open tab.

I'm beginning to feel this is hardcoded somewhere. Any suggestions?

Trying on both Linux and Windows.
