Setting to suppress JS errors?

On a (private, sorry) site, I get this modal JS error dialog every time a page loads:

TypeError: 'popwinCLK.blur' is not a function

Which I have to press "OK" to dismiss, so that the page loads (and then works fine, seemingly).

I don't know what 'popwinCLK.blur' might be, and don't mind that Opera heaps existential angst upon it. But I really hate having to click that dialog every time before I can proceed.

Is there a setting, UserJS trick, or workaround which stops Opera from alerting me about popwinCLK.blur's shortcomings, please?

Sounds more like the script is calling an alert than like something Opera would do by itself.

Maybe, but the alert has Opera's "Stop executing scripts on this page" checkbox on it too, so it looks like Opera's own reaction to some dodgy code, to me.

I found another page which also does it, so you can try for yourself, if you like. Note: you may need to bypass any ad and/or script blockers to make it happen. And you may not want to because the (non-)function seems to be exclusively designed for crappy popup ads: http://www.google.com/search?q=popwinCLK.blur

Still, here's the page if you're 'brave' (I was, with no ill effects): http://uploadjockey.com/popup.php

This page has the source code for that uploadjockey.com page, and includes this tidbit :

function clicksorpop(){if(!popedCLK) {if(!usingXPSP2){popwinCLK=open('htXXXXtp://ads101.clicksor.com/serving/links.php?zone=...

I am using XP SP2, so other OS's may not see this issue at all. Although the general question is more relevant: how can we suppress modal JS error dialogs?

Is this the wrong forum to get help from people who know Opera's innards? If so, anyone know a more appropriate one, please?

Meanwhile, I found this intriguing setting: opera:config#UserPrefs|ErrorConsoleFilter

Anyone know if that might change the JS error popups? Or any other ideas, please?
