No Tab Bar , No "O" menu button , No Menu Bar , Now What?

Is there a quick solution to this predicament:

No Tab Bar , No "O" menu , No Menu Bar

In one of these situations, I was able to crash Opera (end process on opera.exe) then load a saved session after opera restarted. This is not a solution that works for everyone. Is there a better way to rescue Opera menu functionality?

Shouldn't there be a keystroke to toggle the Menu Bar and/or the Tab Bar (F4 toggles the panels, after all)?

Hit the Alt. key and a drop down menu should appear...from that select "show menu bar"...........once you have that you can replace all the rest from tools> preferences.

Sounds like you were in fullscreen mode? You might try F11.
