Visual Tabs Suggestion

Most webpages don't need so much width, especially on widescreen monitors. so, I#d like to have my tabs on the side. But with a lot of open tabs, the visual tab thumbnail gets more and more compressed. This happens too, when you have ur tabs at the top and bottom.

I would like, that the visual tab size is fixed and I can scroll through them, like a slideshow.

+1, although I remember a similar thread

PS: to everybody suggesting it: no, show extender menu is neither visually appealing nor really userfriendly.

+1 I requested this in the early development of Visual tabs... for both horizontal & vertical Pagebar placement.

Another one will be visual tabs inside Windows panel/manager...

I already have the Tab bar on the left side of my screen. I've been thinking about some kind of "FishEye" tabs, but your idea could be better when there is really a lot of tabs.

I've been thinking about that too. Currently I have Tab bar on the left, and Panels bar on the right side (with a switch at the edge). With those visual tabs I could remove the Tab bar, having Panels bar visible all the time...
