Paypal 'safe browser'

Just had an email from Paypal urging me to use a safe browser, in order to avoid phishing, etc.

This, is their advice page it linked to.

Been using Paypal via Opera for several years without the slightest problem. Never seen such a notification here.

Opera 12.16, Build 1860: Windows 7 Home Prem, 32bit.

I believe that this applies only for sellers, not buyers.

BUT, I agree, if you CAN, avoid PayPal... or learn to "play the game". PayPal should classed as a bank so that they could not f their users almost any way they want.
