Window With No Tabs and No Toolbars
- In the appearance dialogue, set the tab bar properies to "Show only when needed"
- In preferences, tabs, additional tab options, set "Allow windows with no tabs"
- For good measure, set Chrome Drag Area Maximized to zero
- Set the Windows Taskbar to Autohide
- Maximize the Opera Window
- Close all tabs
No bug here, but it might confuse some users. Opera hasn't disappeared, just press Ctrl space to open your home page, or right-click to show the context menu.
