more or less im just trying to add pictures i find on the web to my "Favorites ". I just have no clue on how to use the opera favorites feature. Is favorites only for opera mobile or opera mini. Is it like a keyboard shortcut, or do i right click something, or is it hiding in the menu (Opera's menu has always been a little over complicated). I've searched the web a few times and can't find anything. Theres very little info on the subject
OK.
You'll need to enable the standard toolbar to see this.
Favorites are called "Bookmarks" in Opera, as in all the Mozilla browsers since Netscape.
Control D will bookmark a page. Or simply going to the Bookmarks menu and clicking 'Bookmark Page' will do it, too.
Clicking on the menu Bookmarks tab will open your bookmarks list and then you can access any of them.
I've told you how to use it the way that I do. You can set it up differently, with a different toolbar so it's all graphical, but since I haven't done that, I'm not going to attempt to tell you how to do that or use that function. Am pretty sure all you need to know is explained in the Opera help files.
If you click on the Help tab in the standard toolbar and then on Bookmarks, you'll find all the instructions. Or, you can read them here:
http://help.opera.com/Windows/10.52/en/bookmarks.html
Hope that helps,
ken

Hi, I think i have the same question as you, which is that apart from saving Bookmarks (which is fine and easy) the My Opera portal/page has a place for favourites which are for sharing on that page as it were. A bit like a Delicious bookmark I think? It says to click the Favorites button (distinct from bookmarks) but I don't know what this is or seem to have it.
Is this want you meant and did you figure it out?
