Accepting File Sent Via IRC Yields opera:illegal-url-303

Opera Bug:

When I try to accept a file sent to me via IRC I get:

Invalid URL

The URL opera-chattransfer://accountid=3&port=1025&transferid=87113176 contains characters that are not valid in the location they are found.
The reason for their presence may be a mistyped URL, but the URL may also be an attempt to trick you into visiting a Web site which you might mistake for a site you trust.

This bug has been present since Opera 10.50 pre-alpha. At least two bug reports were provided to Opera Development Team in order to fix this issue. The only thing we can do is wait and hope.
