Can't Download Flash Player

I can't get flash player to download on 10.53.

I get to this page - http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/thankyou/?installer=Flash_Player_10_for_Windows_-_Other_Browsers and nothing happens.

Any ideas.

Ad blocker maybe, or JavaScript is disabled?
