Amazon.com - Forwards past "current" page upon resuming session; causes multi-purchases

This is something that has been bothering me for a long time when using Opera with the Amazon MP3 download service. There is an error causing multi-purchases for songs I already own when opening a session where I've previously purchased a track.

When a song is purchased on Amazon.com, it starts a launcher download that is picked up by the Amazon MP3 downloader. The process, more specifically, works like this:

1) Go to info page for an album
2) Click "Buy" button next to a song.
3) User is forwarded to an auto-starting download page where the Amazon MP3 download launch file is sent to the user.
4) User presses back button to go back to the album page or even back to the search results so that they don't leave their browser on the download page.

This would be fine if this were the end of it. Instead, this happens:

5) User closes Opera.
6) User starts Opera again and resumes their previous session.
7) Opera for some reason resumes that tab at the last page (the purchase page which starts the download process again and causes re-billing) instead of the page the user actually left it on.

In order for this to not happen, the user must do one of the following:
A) Close the tab (not acceptable)
B) Not resume the session the next time Opera is opened (not acceptable)
C) Disable automatic "open" functionality for the launcher file type (not acceptable)
D) Cause a new navigation by clicking on a link, typing in and going to a new URL, etc instead of going "back". (shouldn't have to)
E) Live with the multiple-billings (shouldn't have to)
