I`ve used the command "Leave fullscreen | enter fullscreen & view page bar, 6 & view address bar, 6" for years without significant problems. Got trough several Opera versions and it works fine. The only small issue is that if I have more than one tab, when I leave and enter the fullscreen again every tab except the active one loses the addressbar. Can anyone confirm? Anyway it`s absolutely useful when simply hiding opera without leaving fullscreen. Furthermore I have a mouse button to call the WIN key and thats ok.
