Don't understand how to enable JS

From Knowledge Base:

How can I enable JavaScript in Opera for Series 60?
JavaScript is disabled by default in Opera for Series 60.
To enable it, follow these instructions:
Press Menu and select Settings, or use the keypad shortcut 8
Use joystick down and select JavaScript to choose On
The same instructions can be used to take Javascript Off
Select OK

Hello. Press WHAT on "Menu"
According to Tools/Quick Preferences, my JS is already enabled, but, according to a website I'm trying to order from, it's not.
I'm using Opera 10.53, but search in Knowledge Base only comes up "Series 60".

You must be using the desktop version of Opera, not the "Series 60" version.

You should post the URI of the website so we can look at what the problem is.

In the desktop version of Opera, here is a shortcut: You press the [F12] key and select "Enable JavaScript".
