Opera forget to scroll on page search match

Hillou,

On this sample page, if you hit Ctrl+F to open the Page Search bar, then type, e.g. “solid”, to search for a word which is in the page (it is actually somewhere at the bottom of the page), then Opera forget to scroll down, and by the way, it seems to split the page in two parts, one being the duplication of the other. This duplication disappears as soon as you scroll the page.

For publication tool chain (for the web and else) : Semantic online editor, Lasidoré (XML based) - prerelease - requires at least Opera 9.5 to work nice

Google is not a synonym of Search engine : boys and girls, have a look at Exalead and WolframAlpha

Confirmed. This error occurs often on large pages with unproportional font.

You can try searching "janda" or other strings on this page:
http://ok-bor.cz/cp2010/files/startlist_so_cat.html

Start lists and results from competitions usually use fixed width fonts and in that case this bug always appear on some words.

Works okay for me. "Solid" was highlighted near the bottom of the page, and I had no problem scrolling down.

Finding "janda" in http://ok-bor.cz/cp2010/files/startlist_so_cat.html also works.

Thanks.
Mark

That's the problem. You shouldn't have to scroll down it should scroll to that automatically.
