Web Page Message 'Get Quick Time'
Using Opera 10.53. Web pages with video keep giving the message, 'Get QuickTime'. But QuickTime is already in the list of plugins (actually it is listed 5 times as I have repeatedly tried to install it.) It is definitely installed on my computer.Tried the following:
Tools > Quick preferences > Edit site preferences Under Network > Browser identification, choose "Mask as Internet Explorer" Reload the page
and
Locate npqtplugin.dll in the QuickTime installation directory: C:\Program Files\QuickTime\Plugins Copy it to the Opera plug-ins directory: C:\Program Files\Opera\Program\Plugins Restart Opera
Neither have solved the problem.
If anyone can suggest a solution I would be grateful.
Thanks
Are plugins enabled?
