It is normal so to speak. The upgrade process disables all 3rd party repositories. This is done to ensure that no programs will interfere with the upgrade process. At least in theory. After the upgrade the user should reinstall his 3rd party programs.

It is really strange for me that Opera is not included in standard Ubuntu repositories :/ Does anybody know why?

It is because Opera is not open source. Ubuntu have a policy of only including Software that is open sourced and with the right licensing. But I believe Opera could be included in the Canonical repository. They have some closed sourced apps like Flash player, Adobe Reader and Skype. If Opera got into that one. this would not be an issue at all.
