How to stop auto upgrade?

Can anyone point me to the tool where I can stop Opera auto upgrading and then making me wait while it installs itself next time I want to use the computer?

I've looked in the usual places but there doesn't seem to be any option to stop it.

Stanalan, in case you set it "notify only", it might be wise to check out Opera forcing automatic updates ON (in update dialog).. it might save you from an auto-update surprise in the future.
