How to find/change Panels small menu icon

Greetings!

I am using a dark skin (Mirage Aprice) and some icons are grey or black. I have been able to change the color of a few. There is one that I can not find nor can I find anything in styles.ini of the skin nor in toolbar.ini. I would like to find the icon and change its color. Here are two images:

1. The icon in question:

2. Clicking on the icon opens this mini panels menu:

Try new_item.png. A search within the skin for "new" should pull it up.

Opera 17 on Win8 64 Bit

Thanks!

Still had a problem even though this skin had new_item.png in buttons folder. Checking the standard skin folder I discover new-item.png in buttons.

A little dash goes a long way.
Changed the color of new-item.png and added to buttons folder. Added this to skin.ini and all is well--
Add/Remove Panels = buttons/new-item.png
