What do you have to do to get some help from Opera?

As a result of the latest (involuntary) upgrade, I have ended up with no Opera. I posted a thread asking for information re "Module 10" and have gotten no replies - which indicates to me that the users don't know what this thing is or how to deal with it. Of course, no help is forthcoming from the people who develop this browser - apparently, we can't even pay them for assistance now. When I first started using Opera, I paid for the browser and got help on the rare occasions when I needed it. No more. Now, when you are stuck with someting that they themselves have created -like this error message re "Module 10" , and no user seems to know what it is , we seem to be left with no alternative except to cease using Opera as the default browser. Which I have regretfully done, after so many years.
I have, incidentally, gone to the Knowledge Base to search for Module 10. It, unhelpfully, told me all about Module 9, and how to fix that problem - no help, as my .lng files seem to be what the Module 9 repair indicated they should be.
I use XP Home Edition, Build 2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.111025-1629 (Service Pack 3) and, currently Opera 11.64.

Have you tried doing a clean install into a different folder?
If you haven't, give it a try.
If that works, you may have to do a clean install for good, as something in your old installation is probably causing the problem.
You should still be able to save your bookmarks and wand data and use them with the new installation.

I would suggest editing your thread title if you still can, or the mods may well remove it as being non-descriptive of the actual problem!
