possibility to further reduce vertical space above tabs in windowed mode?
hi,i like a very minimal workspace. in maximized mode the tabs reach almost the top of the window frame, it there a possibility to achieve the same in windowed mode, because on a wide display a maximized browser is just nonsense.

Just go to opera:config#UserPrefs|ChromeIntegrationDragArea and limit the size. Remember that if you set it too small, it will be hard to "catch" the title bar and move the window.
