[Solved]Can't log in into YouTube, gMail and other Google services

I just recently updated Opera to 10.53 and now I am not able to sign in in any of the Google services.

For example youtube: I hit sign in and the page simply won't load. It says "establishing a encrypted connection" & "connecting to www.google.com" all the time. It didn't load a single kb for hours. Same thing if I try to sign in over the Google main page. gMail-Site won't even load at all. With Firefox or Safari it works perfect for me.

I deleted all cookies with Google in it, it did not help me at all.

So I hope you've some suggestions for me.

Version 10.53 Build 8343 Plattform Mac OS X Betriebssystem 10.6.3 Browser-Identifikation Opera/9.80 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X; U; de) Presto/2.5.24 Version/10.53

AcidR4in,

Welcome to the Opera Forums. There is a search box in the upper right corner of the page. There have been other threads dealing with login problems. Most likely is that you don't have the security protocol being used at these sites enabled. Please see Google Sign In Pages/ Can't access can,t sign to igoogle

On secure https pages, to the right of the address should be box with a locked icon and domain name. If you click in that box or press Alt + Enter, a Security Information window will open. At the lower left corner of the Security tab, it will tell you the security protocol being used. For Google accounts it is:
Encryption protocol
TLS v1.0 128 bit ARC4 (1024 bit RSA/SHA)

Go to Preferences > Advanced > Security > Security Protocols. Enable TLS 1 needs to be checked and in Details >> 128 bit ARC4 (RSA/SHA) needs to be checked. The default settings are to have all of the security protocols enabled, and in Details, the first five 0 bit and Anonym are not selected and all others are. Click here for an image.

If the above does not work, then try deleting the cookies for the affected domain and reload page or restart Opera.
