Shortcut for "Save Linked Content As..." still doesn't work (10.53)
I've already posted a topic in Forums » Opera Community » Opera for desktop » Opera browser http://my.opera.com/community/forums/topic.dml?id=467291I sent a bug report too. Since then 10.52 and 10.53 have been released - without a change.
So I try it again here.
I'm still using 10.10, because I urgently need this feature for work, where I frequently save many document updates (don't tell me about the link panel - I want it that way, navigating with the keyboard. Why abandon an useful feature... and I don't want to have a new tab opened every time I save something)
Is there a chance, the development team realizes this little thing within millions of bug reports and feature requests or do they focus on 'big' problems only?
I'm not going to upgrade until they fix this. Would be a shame if they don't.....

They must fix big problems first. This is still a relatively new bug (about 2 months), and obviously hasn't reached the top of the pile yet.
Read the FAQ.
I suspect this has been reported many times already in the beta forums and elsewhere. I am sure they have not abandoned this useful feature — saving links with the keyboard. Some users find it hard to use the mouse.

This is a seriously annoying problem!
Before opera switched to 10.5 one could also highlight every link with ctrl + up/down and then copy the TEXT of the link simply using ctrl + c. Thus one could then easily save linked document with ctrl + shift + s and after the new window for saving path popped up - one could RENAME the document by simply pasting the copied link text.
Now ctrl + shift + s doesn't work and with ctrl + up/down the links are not highlighted, but just selected, so that one can copy the LINK, not the text...
Really annoying if one have to save many documents for i.e. scientific work.
