How to open links from E-mails in ordinary tabs instead of private tabs?

Hi,

Every time I open an url / link from out of an e-mail, it opens as a private tab. I'd like to open it as an ordinary tab, because I often continue working on the same webpages after restarting Opera and I don't want the history being deleted.

Could somebody help? Thx a lot.

Sorry, one addtl question: Is there a possibility to easily convert a private tab into an ordinary one (one-click)?
Thx again.

That does not happen here. I'm not sure if there's a hidden setting for this, but what you're experiencing is not the normal behavior.

Opera 10.53, XP SP3

I can confirm that all links opened in external applications open in private tabs in Opera.

Version information
Version 10.53
Build 3374
Platform Win32
System Windows NT 6.1

Perhaps it's an issue because I am actually using 64 Bit Windows? Or is it a general Windows 7 issue?

Windows 7 32-bit,
Freshly installed Opera Version 10.53 Build 3374
Links from external programs (even from pure command line) are opened as private tabs.
This is getting an annoying feature.
Found no setting to change behaviour. Probably there is some command line switch?

Started happening to me a few weeks back. Ender5000 came up with this fix: http://my.opera.com/community/forums/topic.dml?id=575961&t=1275040351&page=1#comment5648022
Problem is it still keeps reverting to Private Tab each time I turn on my PC.
