Widget Duplicate
So I have a minor issue with a widget.It was working fine prior to updating Opera, afterwhich only ever times-out when opening it.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the widget, which made no difference; only now there are three copies of it in the side bar with an ascending numeral suffix in parentheses.
I can't delete any of them ( I get this message: 'Loading script "C:\Documents and Settings\..\Local Settings\Application Data\Daily Crossword\uninstall.vbs" failed (Access is denied. ).' )
And I can't use any of them either ( I get the 'ERROR: Request timed out!' message ).
I also have another widget installed which does work, but will not allow me to delete it and gives a similar message to that above.
Please assist.
Maybe some anty-virus software you have installed blocks access to .vbs script? If it possible try to deactivate it and try removing widget then.
