Area Grayed Out "Ask Me Before Accepting Cookies" [10.53 Final]

Area Grayed Out "Ask Me Before Accepting Cookies" (DSK-288875)
1. open a website
2. right click and go to "edit site preferences"
3. choose "Cookies" tab.
4. "Ask me before accepting cookies"
5. Area grayed out
Still there since 10.10 final

Opera Latest Stable Build & Latest Snapshot
Ubuntu 11.10 , Windows 7

I don't think this is a bug. I think that's the intended behavior if you don't already have "Ask Me Before Accepting Cookies" selected in "... > Preferences > Advanced > Cookies."

Thanks man. you are the one who actually looked into the matter. Otherwise i have been submitting this post for almost every new alpha and beta build since 10.10. I even reported it to Opera bugs as DSK-288875
