Ubuntu - 'paste&go' and keyboard's layout
Hi, guys.
It seems that when I use some key-combination in Opera, Ubuntu grabs it. I use Ctrl + Shift to change the keyboard's layout. So when I press Ctrl + Shift + v, the url (or whatever text I've copied) is only pasted AND the keyboard's layout's been changed. The thing is that I don't recall something like this to happen in Ubuntu 9.10. I use Ctrl + Shift to change the layout for an eternity. So changing it is not an option. What I fear is that I might use a key-combination in Opera that might make Ubuntu do something weird (the bad meaning of the word is meant here).
Any suggestions how to solve this?
Cheers,

If you don't wish to change Ubuntu's bindings, change Opera's? For instance, I've got ins ctrl mapped to new page & paste & go.

Thanks for the reply.
Well, I'm kind of a 'stiff' person when it comes to such changes. I'm pretty much used to some things (in our case - key-bindings). Of course if there's no other solution I'll change the bindings in Opera. I was just wondering why does this happen. I pretty much remember it worked at some point in the not too distant past.
