Persistant-Could Not Locate
Sometimes I think it may be my proxy and back everything out to start again. I have my Opera settings set for proxy as automatic. The information pasted below is what I see as configuration when I report a site to Opera.User Agent:Opera/9.80 (Windows NT 5.1; U; en) Presto/2.5.24 Version/10.53

This happens on many sites. I connect through AOL servers but is only as access and rarely open other AOL programs, just their dialer.

As mentioned in other discussions, if I reload a bunch of times, it usually works eventually.
Proxy settings issue, or just my use as AOL as access?
