Image loading problem

Hey,

I've set the browser to check for image updates every 5 min but I'm still seeing that updated images, of the same file name, aren't being
loaded and the last cached version is displayed instead. Is there a fix for this?

I'm using OS X 10.5 and Opera 10.10
