minimized opera icon in W7 HELP

minimized opera icon in W7 HELP

Hi All!

I installed new version and (oh horror!) I cant just click minimized icon to switch.
Now it shows me all sumbnails of open pages and I have to search where the hell that window I watched last time.

This is horrible. I hated MSIE for this. -(

Is this an option to avoid this PAIN?
