opera link problem - folders are empty and most of the sub-folders moved to the root folder

I'm trying to use opera link to sync my bookmark between two computers
when my bookmark appears on my second computer most of the folders are empty and their contents are all over the place, and also most of the sub-folders moved to the root folder and basically everything is totally messed up!
I used opera link before but this happened when I upgraded to version 10.5

Has exactly the same problem. At work I use opera 10.11 under the Linux, at home - opera 10.60. When I create a new folder and save some bookmarks in it at work then at home I discover empty folder and saved bookmarks in the root of bookmarks manager page.
