Export and import for preferences etc. as XML file
When looking through the opera:config under Install I found something named Preference URL that points to an URL on the Opera servers. Pure curiosity made me looking into that file and I saw something like<preferences clean_all="1"> <host name="pncbank.com"> <section name="User Agent"> <pref name="Spoof UserAgent ID" value="4"/> </section> </host>
The section name and pref name seem to indicate, that it could be possible to import other settings too and that the only thing that's missing is a UI or API for that.
Suggestion:
Option to export all opera:config settings to a local XML file like that and a re-import option.
