Open in new Background Tab opens 'cached' version of the site

Whenever I open a page in a new background tab, Opera loads a cached version of that page...or something similar...the first time I load a certain page after startup, all is well, on subsequent visits, the pages are at the state that they were the time before...this is especially visible on forums and forum searches (missing/old topics, wrong search results). Reloading sometimes helps, sometimes not. For example one of my forums has a link to find all new posts sinc my last visit. Opening it in a new Backround Tab shows no results for my search, pressing F5 or clicking reload doesn't change anything. If I click again on that link (and open it in the same Tab) the posts are found as they should...happens on multiple forums, so a bug on that website is unlikely...

Happens since I upgraded to 10.51. Currently on 10.53.

Already done. One of the things I check first on every update.

Also on ordinary new Tabs...I just don't use it, so I just tested it now...

still there in 10.60

note: it does make a difference if you leftclick a link or middleclick it.

left: ok
middle: not

was ok in 10.10

how to reproduce:
(sorry, this is the only case Ive found so far but an annoying one)
goto:
https://www.dealextreme.com/
make an account.
place 2 orders.
got to your account page where the orders are listed.
middleclick on one of the orders (invoice or tracking)
allow it the time to load fully.
middleclick on the other order (same column as above!!).
observe the 2 new tabs, the are as they should.
now close them and middleclick on the 2 orders (same column as above!!) in any order you like but at least once each.
after each click allow the page to load fully.
now check the new tabs.
they all show the same order ID and content while they should contain your 2 different orders as you have opened them.

hints:
each link first contains the order ID but the browser is then redirected to a URI without the ID.
I assume the ID is transported by a cookie which leads to unexpected results if you work with different orders opend in tabs.
and I DO NOT address this behavior in this report because that is a fault of the website.
(thats why I added "allow the page to load fully" to the steps to reproduce the bug)

all the other major browsers (webkit or gecko-based) and opera 10.10 pass the procedure above with the expected result.
10.60 does not

and yes, I have:
Check Documents to "Always."

@Piflik:
can you determine which forum-software is used by the affected forums?
would be easier to reproduce then
