What if I want access my files when Opera is off?

Let's see this: my computer is on and connected to the Internet. And i want to view my files, for example, from my workspace. Do I need to run opera always or there is some standalone applications to keep a connection always, when Internet is available? As a windows service, for example?

if you are going to use OperaUnite to access you files then you would need to keep opera running. you can however use the shortcut keys Shift+Ctrl+Atl+H to hide opera and let it run in the background.

cheers!!

thanks... And one more question:
Does Opera have special command-line parameters to startup in hidden mode?

I guess that you might try using properties on the windows Opera icon and select start minimized ....
