Where do i go to make it so that i can see the link address of a link i highlighted?

I'm using Opera version 10.10 and in the previous version there was a toolbar or perhaps a buttton that would display the full/partial(if too long) link address of whatever link i hover over. Like if i hover over the "Home" button on the top of this page, the bottom of my opera browser would have a message displaying: "http://my.opera.com/community/" as the website link.
I remember there was something like this before i upgraded/downgraded but it seems to not be there anymore. Could it be the status bar toolbar? I have it on but it isn't displaying anything at all, it just disappears after i confirm the appearences menu box and i unchecked the "show only when needed" box too.

Reset status bar or drag & drop Status field button from SHIFT+F12 > Buttons > Status to status bar.
