You could use Opera Mobile 10 or Opera Mini 5 Beta.

Prof Julie, I went to a wireless location today and downloaded Opera Mini 5 Beta to my iPaq 111.
Opera Mini 5 Beta is not functioning correctly. I am not able to navigate within the frames on a web page.
In the first view of the web page, I see the entire web page, everything is way too small to be able to read anything and touch any buttons. If I press on the screen and hold, the page zooms in and I am able to move the entire page around, by draging the stylus around, to be able to view page.
If the page has frames, and the frames have individual scroll bars, the scroll bars are not visible and the entire content of that frame is not accessible, only the part that is visible. Clicking on a button or link within those frames does not have any results.
