Greetings , I just checked you site and the download went as it should. From the Image that you posted I can tell you that you are trying to download a file that is in the new Divx8 player HD format .MKV. You will have to have the player on your system and have divx files selected in you files types to open with the divx player if not the save will be greyed out. If you look you will see that your system is trying to open it with windows media player which does not support Divx. I just happen to be working with a Divx web plugin issue when I came across your post. If you don't have the Divx player I would get it but unceck the web plugin when you install.. Opera does not seem to like it right now. This is the workaround I use, I have set opera to ask me to download divx files by going to perfs ctrl+f12 >advanced>downloads uncheck hide box look for divx file types select edit select show download dialog box .all this after you have installed the player . I am hoping to hear something about the web player plugin this week maybe

I also experience the same problems like the op with the latest build.
It doesn't happen always though.

I just experienced the mentioned behaviour on the following site:

Just click on Linux or Windows and a PDF file should be downloaded.
This is what I get:
Windows 7 x86
