Search Icons Gone - Can't Restore (PIC Included)
Hi,Unfortunately, Opera froze and shutdown on me yesterday. When I restarted, I noticed all my search icons were gone in the search box (i.e., the google, yahoo, ask, etc. favicons). They all show the same blue magnifying glass. I've attached a picture for further clarification.
I've checked search.ini and all the search engines have their ICON fields populated (for example, for Google, ICON=http://redir.opera.com/favicons/google/favicon.ico).
I've restarted Opera several times, cleared the private data, and reinstalled it, but no luck so far.
Has anyone had this problem happen before? Do you know a solution?
Thanks

Operating System: Windows Vista
Opera Version: Opera 10.53 Build 3374
I don't have the search box, but I did lose all my search icons in the right click>search menu. They all came back when I deleted everything in
c:\documents and settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Opera
Note that \Local Settings\ makes this different from the Application Data where your profile info is stored (assuming things are separated in Vista like they are in XP).
Type Opera:about in the address bar and look for where your cache is. Then go the the cache's parent folder and first just try deleting the Icons folder in there (with Opera shut down). If still no luck, try renaming the parent folder to make opera recreate everything in there. If everything's fine then, you can just delete the renamed folder.
