Well god had made it clear to us, that we should love ourselvs.not regarding wheather male or female.

Love is amzaing, love is all the same, but it is involves belief, like if you love your dad, you believe it is family love, if you love your girlfriend you believe it is a different kind of love, but it's all the same, you just have to ability to lie to yourself like religion.
In the songs or maybe some descriptions they say love hurts, this is not a description, this is true, the more accurate way to explain it is your chest aches, but they use the word hurts instead. This happen when you are seperated, or when your feelings are hurted by the person you love. Love makes you more open then you can imagine, it makes you weak. I believe in the olden times they believe that sex equals love because sex is a huge step for them, they know that. It's embarrasing for them, they don't know the pleasure ;D, because they are mostly religion, they think lust is evil...
You cannot stop love, you cannot deny it, you cannot get away from it, unless you have a extreme psychological mind. Love makes you weak, it exposes you, when you love someone they become your life, and you'll always think about them, want to be with them.
You cannot prepare for love, you cannot be ready for it, it comes soo randomly, a couple who have lots of sex in modern days doesn't mean they love each other, they use sex to try to keep the relationship going, they use sex to keep the relationship healthy, that is not love.
Once you grow up you might understand love, if you're like me youmight not need to experience it to know what it feels like
People who are in love I sometimes feel sorry for them, because love doesn't end good, something always happens, nature stops you being together, because of your character, the character you have when you are in love, your personality. When you're in love you'll change, that personality of yours is nature, what nature do, and it'll end up bad, your character holds your future. Thoughts become words if you don't watch your thoughts, words become action, action become habbit, habbit become character, chracter is the one that will seperate both of you.

I love my dog, my mother, and Mexican food. And believe me, I have no problem separating them from sex.
